He was always there to contact if we needed him and even if he wasn’t available a friendly member of the team would help as much as they could. Chris even stayed late for me to be able to see my mum leading up to the funeral. The knocking on the door before entering the chapel of rest was, I believe, an incredibly thoughtful and respectful gesture. The drivers and Pall Bearers were very professional and respectful to the family and my Mum.
